Step 1
We will appoint your company one of our experienced and friendly ISO specialists who will arrange an appointment to visit you at your business premises. They will discuss your business and its processes with you, ensuring they fully understand how your business works. Along with you, they will then carry out a Gap Analysis, working with and including your existing business processes.
Step 2
Your ISO specialist will take away the information they need to create your very own ISO Quality Manual. When finished, this will be sent to you via e-mail for you to make any necessary amendments and subsequent implementations. During this implementation process your UKICM specialist will be on hand offering you 'Straight Forward' advice and support by phone and e-mail.
Step 3
When, and only when, you are satisfied with your ISO Management System and are happy that you have successfully implemented any necessary changes, we will arrange for an Auditor to attend your premises and carry out an Audit of your Systems to ensure they meet the required standards for ISO Certification.
As the UK's foremost Third-Party Certification Body we guarantee that your Audit will be carried out by a 'Lead Auditor' from the independent 'Audit Bureau' of our organisation to ensure total impartiality and transparency of process. (This is not always the case with others.)
Following your successful audit we will register your business and begin the certification process. We will contact you and let you know the 'good news' passing on your ISO Registration number, Logo Certification and Bespoke Wall plaque so you can start enjoying the recognition and benefits that come with your UKICM ISO Certification.
